• Scan Activity. The Facebook Marketplace URLs, product searches, photos, and barcodes you submit, along with the resulting ROI analyses.
• Device Data. Device type, OS version, app version, language, and anonymized usage analytics used to improve reliability.
• Crash and Diagnostic Data. Automatically captured when the app encounters an error, used to fix bugs.

§ 2 — How We Use Information

• To deliver the Service — generate ROI estimates, pull comparable sales, and surface recommendations.
• To improve the Service — refine AI accuracy, reduce false positives, and prioritize fixes.
• To communicate with you about product updates, support issues, and account activity.

§ 3 — Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

• OpenAI. For AI-powered item identification and comp filtering.
• eBay API. To retrieve sold-listing data used as price comps.
• Apify. To ingest public Marketplace listing data when you submit a URL.
• Firebase (Google). For authentication, cloud storage of your scan history, and analytics.

These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

§ 4 — Data Retention

We retain your scan history and account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

§ 5 — Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at colevineyard@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

§ 6 — Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

§ 7 — Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

§ 8 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
